Description
Library IT securely backup and restore staff files on IT-managed storage repositories located at MSA-Data Center. Library staff should provide the approximate day and time that requested files were deleted, moved or has become corrupt.
Additional Information
- Files are backed up daily
- Restoration is of files may require the staff user to be present
