File storage



Description

Library IT provides storage service for personal files, departmental data, and corporate documents; it securely stores and shares files on IT-managed storage repositories. Departmental Box folders may be created on-demand for staff.


 

Additional Information

  • All UCLA employees have a UCLA Box account accessed through their UCLA logon ID.
  • Staff can also request a departmental Box folder (I: drive) or folders (H: drive) and manage participants in those folders, though drive usage is discouraged in favor of other alternatives.
