Description
Web accessibility. In human–computer interaction, computer accessibility refers to the accessibility of a computer system to all people, regardless of disability type or severity of impairment. Resources are available to help Library web developers design sites that are accessible to persons with disabilities. (Wikipedia). Support is also available with conducting accessibility studies on UCLA Library projects and services.
UCLA Library DIIT (Digital Initiatives & Information Technology) supports accessibility testing and accommodation strategies for UCLA Library web presence. DIIT works with Library web support teams, vendors and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Web Accessibility in this effort.
