Description

Library IT provides upgrades to existing software and deploys new software as needed to workstations within the library domain. The Library supplies employees with an approved standard software list and updates it as necessary.


 

Policies

When new software is requested with information about its need and use, Library IT determines whether the Library already uses other software for a similar purpose before acting upon a request.  Once a request for new software is approved by the appropriate personnel, please request non-standard software below.

Additional Information

Library IT will:

  • review submitted request for possible virtualization and security
  • procure and order new software
  • install and upgrade software
