File document restoration/backup

Description

Library IT securely backs up and restores staff files on IT-managed storage repositories located at Math Science Annex - Data Center. If library staff need help with files were deleted, moved or have become corrupt, they should provide the approximate date/time that the file was last accessed.

Additional Information

• Files are backed up daily
• Restoration of files may require the staff user to be present
