- Your account needs special permissions before you can use remote desktop to connect to a test computer.
- You will need the name of the computers designated for testing.
- If you need help, contact Library Service Desk at Helpdesk@library.ucla.edu or (310) 825-7557.
Launching Remote Desktop
- Due to campus security issues, access to Remote Desktop has been restricted.
- Library staff and need to log in to Staff Citrix at https://tod.library.ucla.edu/
