Page:clicc.library.ucla.edu - CLICC Virtual Desktops — This CLICC service allows users with an internet connection and computer to access a CLICC Virtual Desktop loaded with a number of programs.
You can use this Software List to see which software is accessible online through CLICC Virtual Desktops (indicated in the "CLICC Virtual Desktop" column).
Detailed information on accessing a CLICC Virtual Desktop can be found in additional documentation.

Page:Desktop applications — Library IT provides upgrades to existing software and deploys new software as needed to workstations within the library domain. The Library supplies employees with an approved standard software list and updates it as necessary.

Page:Remote desktop — Library IT allow employees to access their office workstation from an offsite location using Citrix.

Page:Software configuration — UCLA Library Digital Initiatives & Information Technology (DIIT) will work with Library departments or individual staff providing assistance with software configuration upon request.
