Description
Usability testing is used to evaluate a product or service by testing it on users. Usability testing will have greater impact if it is done early and often during a product or service implementation. Therefore, it is always advisable to consult DIIT for including usability testing in your project. UCLA Library DIIT (Digital Initiatives & Information Technology) supports conducting usability studies for UCLA Library services and products.
