Description


DIIT coordinates @library.ucla.edu email services to all Library staff. Library student staff may have a Library email address when requested by their supervisor. Staff can also request Shared email accounts, shared calendars and distribution groups. DIIT handles new email requests, email modification requests and email deactivation requests. We liaison with UCLA Enterprise Messaging to provide this service.


 

Policies

Email accounts are an integral part of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of Library staff. In order to request an email account, we require a UCLA Login ID. The email account will be the UCLA Login ID, however, staff may choose to have an email alias. Name changes or other modifications including password resets may be requested at any time via the Jira service desk portal.

To request a distribution list, a shared email or a shared calendar, please submit a request via Jira service desk.
