- We can use Lisa Snyder's gap analysis or UCB's RDM service def. + expertise
- Identify peers - we've talked about this at the last meeting
- We can pair up and determine who calls who

- Come up with criteria, ranking and strategies for improvement
- Apply to ourselves - in order to do this we need a better understanding of our services and their offerings (above)
