macOS

  1. Join eduroam on UCLA campus or enable the UCLA VPN, using the instructions from Virtual Private Network (VPN) Clients | UCLA IT Services.
  2. Download the Citrix Workspace app for macOS from from the Citrix Downloads page.
  3. Run CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg when it downloads.
  4. Double-click the Install Citrix Workspace app in the window that appears.
  5. Proceed through the installer, accepting the license agreement and default settings.
  6. When given Check the option box to Add an Account , do not Add Account.
  7. Close the installer when the installation finishes.

Windows

  1. during the installation process.
  2. When the installation process is complete, type "clicc.library.ucla.edu" without quotation marks in the "Add Account" field presented in the "Citrix Workspace" app and click Continue.
  3. Type your UCLA Single Sign-on credentials and click Sign In when prompted.

Windows

  6. In the field that appears, type "clicc.library.ucla.edu" without quotation marks.
  7. Check the box that says "Do not show this window automatically at sign-in."
  8. Click Add.
  9. In the window that appears type your UCLA Single Sign-on credentials and click Sign In.

Chrome OS

  4. The first timeyou access this site from this browser:
    1. If asked to allow the Web page to open the Citrix Workspace app, click Cancel.

  1. Join eduroam on UCLA campus or enable the UCLA VPN, using the instructions from Virtual Private Network (VPN) Clients | UCLA IT Services.
  2. Open the Citrix Workspace app.
  3. Type your UCLA Single Sign-on credentials.
  4. In the Citrix Storefront, click on the icon of the CLICC desktop.
  5. This will download a .ica file to your computer.
  6. Double-click the .ica file to open it.
  7. The CLICC virtual desktop will app will open in Citrix Workspace.The CLICC virtual desktop may take 1–2 minutes to loadWhen you are finished using your CLICC Virtual Desktop, click on the User icon in the Start Menu and click Sign Off.
