Duties | Assist with Library book fund invoices, which include preparing invoices for payment by verifying totals, calculating tax, organizing pdf invoices and file them. Create daily electronic folders for invoices received via email. Place PDF copies of invoices into designated folder by date received via email. Assist with uploading copies of approved invoices into AP portal twice a week. Assist with the EXCEL format of monthly GL Payment file uploaded into Alma monthly. Enter payment information into Alma manually if unsuccessfully uploaded via the EXCEL file. When necessary, complete invoice correction notice and special projects. |

Required Skills and Knowledge | Ability to work as part of team, attention to detail, perform detailed repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy, ability to organize E-file, stamp, photocopy, fax and use a calculator. Maintain cooperative working relationships with LBS staff and possess the capacity to work with financial information. Time management skill to perform tasks to meet the demand on handling invoices. |

Preferred Skills and Knowledge | Basic bookkeeping knowledge, working knowledge of Excel, Word and , Access preferred, and E-file and Zoom presentation skill. |

Comments | Staff LBS staff understands school requirements and hours can be flexible; however, student is employees are expected to arrive at work on time for scheduled shiftsbegin work at the scheduled time, unless prior notice is given and approved. Student LBS student employees must be able to work during the summer and in between quarters. Must commit to at least 2 quarters during the regular school year. Employment contingent upon satisfactory background investigation. |
