macOS
- Join eduroam on UCLA campus or enable the UCLA VPN, using the instructions from Virtual Private Network (VPN) Clients | UCLA IT Services.
- Download the Citrix Workspace app for macOS from the Citrix Downloads page.
- Run CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg when it downloads.
- Double-click the Install Citrix Workspace app in the window that appears.
- Proceed through the installer, accepting the license agreement and default settings.
- Check the box to Add an Account during the installation process.
- When the installation process is complete, type "clicc.library.ucla.edu" without quotation marks in the "Add Account" field presented in the "Citrix Workspace" app and click Continue.
- Type your Software Shortcut UCLA Single Sign-on credentials and click Sign In when prompted.

- Click Add.

- Join eduroam on UCLA campus or enable the UCLA VPN, using the instructions from Virtual Private Network (VPN) Clients | UCLA IT Services.
- Download the Citrix Workspace app from the Chrome Web Store.
- Launch the Citrix Workspace app.
- In the Account URL field, type "https://clicc.library.ucla.edu" without quotation marks and click Connect.
- In the window that appears type your Software Shortcut your UCLA Single Sign-on credentials and click Log On.
