  1. Open a web browser
  2. Go to https://remote.help.ucla.edu

  3. Enter the session key that DIIT provides and press the button Submit
  4. The web browser will begin to download an executable
    1. Wait for the download to finish
    2. After download is finished, install the executable

  5. Click the radial button "I have read and agree to the terms above" and click button OK

  6. Wait at this screen for the DIIT member to make a screen sharing request

  7. Click the button Allow to accept the DIIT member sharing your screen

  8. You may see a logo in the top right corner of your screen indicating that a Bomgar connection has been made

  9. To end the remote sharing connection, click the top right X button in the window "remote Support Customer Client - remote.help.ucla.edu," and click button Yes
