If you have issues editing files in Box (no edit button available):

  • Log into Box (ucla.box.com) with your UCLA logon ID.

  • On the left side of the menu, click on Apps:

  • Make sure that Box for Office for web is enabled, and if it isn’t, please add it to your Box account (no admin rights required, simply click on add).

  • Reload the web page or open an new tab and go back to ucla.box.com and you should be able to edit online or with Desktop Office.
