Overview

Individual licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud at UCLA are for 120 days. Each staff person must follow this process to renew their license after each 120-day period.

⚠️ Note: After renewing your license, Adobe will download an installer to re-install Adobe Creative Cloud. You do NOT have to re-install Adobe Creative Cloud after renewing your license! Once renewed, you can simply launch your favorite Adobe app; it will be working again. If not, please make a Staff Technology Support (STS) ticket for DIIT! Thank you,




Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to ucla.onthehub.com

  2. Sign in with your UCLA SSO, you should see this:

  3. Click on Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription
    You should now see this:

  4. Click on "Add to Cart", "Check Out", and you should get an email confirmation which should give you an end date when you'll have to renew again, 120 days from now.
