We know that space on UCLA's campus is limited, but fortunately there are a lot of options to choose from. For non-instructional eventsthose events which are not prioritized in our Reservations Policies, the CLICC Reservations Team has compiled a list of both CLICC and other campus resources for planning and hosting your event. - CLICC offers a variety of reservable group study spaces in both Powell YRL. These spaces may be reserved for up to three hours at a time and up to three days in advance.
- Zoom offers a flexible web-based meeting "space", and is available to all UCLA students, faculty, and staff. If you would like help setting up a Zoom webinar, please submit an inquiry through the Reservations Portal, and our reservations staff would be happy to assist you.
- ASUCLA manages a variety of reservable conference rooms in Ackerman Union; information on these spaces can be found here.
