Duties | Assist with Library book fund invoices, which include preparing invoices for payment by verifying totals, calculating tax, sorting and filing invoices. When necessary, complete invoice correction notice, currency exchange download and special projects. All function of work will be perform using ALMA. |

Required Skills and Knowledge | Ability to work as part of team, attention to detail, perform detailed repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy, ability to organize, file, stamp, photocopy, fax and use a calculator. Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and possess the capacity to work with financial information using discretion. |

Preferred Skills and Knowledge | Basic bookkeeping knowledge, working knowledge of Excel, Word and , Access, Zoom preferred. |

Comments | Staff understands school requirements and hours can be flexible; however, student is expected to arrive at work on time for scheduled shifts, unless prior notice is given and approved. Student must be able to work during the summer. Must commit to at least 2 quarters during the regular school year. Employment contingent upon satisfactory background investigation. |
