Duties | Assist in conducting user research using methods such as user interviews, surveys, card sorting, empathy maps, and traffic analytics Help synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations Contribute to user interface and interaction design efforts for Library web systems Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability and accessibility Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation, prototypes, and mockups (our team uses Figma) Participate in Agile team meetings such as standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
