Eligibility To Work
UCLA Library student jobs are available to currently registered UCLA students only.
Entering undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for UCLA Library employment effective the beginning of the quarter (Fall or Winter) in which they are accepted to UCLA.
UCLA extension students are NOT ELIGIBLE for UCLA Library employment.
All employees must have the legal right to work in the United States and upon hire, will be required to provide proof of this.
To maintain eligibility to work, an employee must remain registered as a UCLA student throughout their employment with the Library.
