In order to restore your computer we first need to make sure that it is completely turned off. Press and hold the power button until it is completely off.

Press the power button once, then press and hold the option (alt) + Command (⌘) keys.

A new window will open up asking you for your WiFi. Please connect to your local WiFi network

You will then be on a window called macOS Utilities. Please click on Disk Utility

Under Internal, select the Macintosh HD drive, and click the minus sign to delete it. In the following window, click Delete.

Select the drive called APPLE SSD... under the internal drive options, and click Erase. 





Rename to Macintosh HD, format to APFS, and scheme to GUID Partition Map. Click on Erase when done.

Quit Disk Utility (Command (⌘) Q)


7Select Reinstall macOS.. option.


In the following window(s), select Continue → Agree → Agree → click on the hard drive called Macintosh→ Continue.


Approximate install time is ~45 minutes.
