Zoom is a software product that allows for audio and video conferencing. Zoom Basic Member licenses (no-charge) are available to all UCLA students, staff, and faculty allowing them to host unlimited one on one meetings and up to 40 minute group (up to 100 participants) meetingsmeetings of unlimited length for up to 300 participants

Policies

All Library staff have Zoom Pro Member licenses allowing the user to schedule an unlimited number of unlimited time meetings for up to 100 300 participants.  Library staff may also request to have a webinar session set-up for 100 500 or 500 1,000 participants.

Additional Information

A Zoom Webinar is a one-to-many presentation format available in 100, 500, 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 participant capacities. The UCLA Library has some select personnel with access to Zoom Webinar 500 and Webinar 1000 licenses.
