Overview
Library Macs - both Library staff and CLICC lending - have a program called Self Service that lets people easily install software or change settings.

Finding Self Service

Self Service is an application on your computer. Locate and open it like you would any other application.
The icon for Self Service may appear different using some methods.

noteApplication Updates
The
items available inLibrary uses Self Service
are dependent on groups and may not match the screenshots.For example, CLICC computers will display fewer options than Library Staff computers
to run certain application updates on all computers. These applications include Box Drive, Firefox, Chrome, Slack, Citrix Workspace, and others.
When a new version is available, it will appear in Self Service as an update. Typically, users have 7 days to install the update before it is automatically installed after force-quitting.
