This is the design that has been decided upon, the Prusa Protective Face Shield. STL files can be found here:

There are two STL files to print: one for the headband and one for reinforcing the bottom portion of the mask. Both are needed.

Please note that as of this writing, 3/21, there are two versions of the face shield. Both versions are viable, however RC2 is preferred

Prusa - face mask

Headband V1.stl - smaller, designed to maximize production.

Headband V2.stl - larger, designed for comfort rather than mass production

These are the settings that were most preferred. We also did tests using Prusa's recommended settings, which also work.

Because both versions are viable, and because we are in need of such a large quantity, please try to maximize your build plates as much as possible. So if you're like me and can only fit one V2 headband on a build plate at a time, but could also squeeze in a V1 print alongside, please do so!
