To share your screen with a DTEN device:

1. Tap on share screen Share Screen on the DTEN; this will display a Share Screen window with information.

1. On your laptop/desktop, using the Zoom App, please click on Share Screen and type the Sharing Key provided in step one.
   1. If you are using a browser, you will need to go to share.zoom.us, enter the Meeting ID and finally, the Passcode.
2. On your phone/tablet, connect to the same Wi-Fi network as the DTEN.
   1. Tap Screen Mirroring.
   2. Choose the DTEN name provided (for instance, "Library CLICC Classroom B").
   3. Enter passcode provided.

How to allow people to share screen

In a Meeting:

1. Tap on Share Screen at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap on the 3 dots.
3. Select Only Host or All Participants.

Note: as far as I could test, there are no granular ways to only allow certain Participants to share. It's either the Host, or All.

How to join a Meeting initiated by a remote person

To join a Meeting initiated by a remote person:

1. The person starts a meeting with ZoomMeeting, and shares the meeting Meeting ID to the people using the DTEN.
2. The people using the DTEN tap Join.
3. The people using the DTEN enter the Meeting ID and tap join.

How to join a DTEN Meeting from a laptop in the same room

To join a Meeting initiated by a DTEN:

1. The DTEN meeting has been created.
2. Launch the Zoom App on your laptop, or join in a browser (https://zoom.us/join).
3. Enter the meeting ID from the DTEN Meeting ( tap on the green shield at the top left of the DTEN to see the DTEN Meeting ID) and join.
