DIIT utilizes an application called Self Service (part of Jamf Pro) to deploy software, printers, and other configurations to your Mac.

Overview

Library Macs - both Library staff and CLICC lending - have a program called Self Service that lets people easily install software or change settings.

Finding Self Service

Note

The items available in Self Service are dependent on groups and may not match the screenshots.
For example, CLICC computers will display fewer options than Library Staff computers.
